About Us
With the increasing number of substance users, many of them wanting to quit and with the poor availability of the necessary infrastructure, there is an urgent need to establish a rehabilitation center working with substance users employing a modern approach to substance use with a powerful blend of ancient wisdom.
For over 4-decades, The Art of Living, through its various programs, has been working across the globe in helping people out of stress and finding fulfilment in life. Sri Sri De-addiction Centre is another effort to put its experience in the field of managing addictive behaviours. Another effort in line with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji’s vision of putting a ‘smile on every face’.
What is De-addiction and How we help ?
The condition, substance use disorder (SUD), is described as a chronically relapsing brain disorder. Hence relapse is often the rule than the exception. In this background, the major expectation will not only be to bring the substance user out of it, but also to prevent relapse. Our protocol offers robust relapse-prevention techniques based on yogic wisdom and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT).
Long-term handholding is warranted. Our protocol includes The RopeWay which is an online follow up tool, twice a day where a teacher will help the ex-user with the critical yogasana, pranayama & meditation regimen.

We have partenered with KSHEMA(K S Hegde Medical Academy) and specifically the psychiatry department of KSHEMA
The initial psychiatric evaluation, suitable detox, post detox evaluation and recommendations will be key factors to help us work towards ‘whole person recovery’
